Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms related to payments, cancellations, and refunds for services, player registrations, sponsorship payments, event tickets, or any other financial transaction conducted through the MTCCL Website.


1. Payment Processing

We accept payments through third-party service providers using various modes available on the Website. MTCCL reserves the right to modify or introduce new payment methods at its sole discretion.


Processing Clause:
We accept payments through third party service providers from various modes as available on the Website. We reserve the right to amend any of these modes at our sole discretion. We will begin processing your enrolment form only upon verification that your payment has been received by us.


2. No Refund Policy

Strict No-Refund Clause:
Under no circumstances will the enrolment fee be refundable and/or transferable for any reason whatsoever. Further, we are unable to accept any cancellations once the enrolment form is submitted to us.


This no-refund policy applies to:


  • Player registrations
  • Trial fees
  • Event participation fees
  • Sponsorship booking amounts
  • Any non-ticket-related payments

3. Ticket Purchases (If Applicable)

For match tickets or event passes:


  • No refunds will be issued for cancellation by the purchaser.
  • In case of event cancellation by MTCCL, refund instructions (if any) will be communicated separately.
  • Rescheduling of an event does not qualify for an automatic refund.

4. Duplicate or Failed Transactions

In case of duplicate payment or failed online transaction where money is deducted but order is not confirmed, users must report the issue within 3 business days. Refunds for such cases may be processed after verification with the payment gateway.


5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Users agree not to file chargebacks without first contacting MTCCL. False chargebacks may result in legal action.
